Yes. Your resume is only used to generate the AI output you request. We do not use your resume to train AI models. Resume text is transmitted to our AI processing provider (encrypted) and governed by their API data usage policy. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
Absolutely. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Your Pro access will continue until the end of the current billing period (7 days for Pro Weekly, 30 days for Pro Monthly, or 90 days for Pro Quarterly).
Pro Weekly ($19.99 every 7 days) is the short-window sprint plan with 100 active jobs at a time and 1 live voice mock per cycle. Pro Monthly ($39.99 every 30 days) is the standard active-search plan with 500 active jobs at a time and 3 live voice mocks per month. Pro Quarterly ($119.97 every 90 days) has the same caps as Pro Monthly, but bills once per quarter at the same per-month rate (no discount, no surcharge, just one charge instead of three).
Job caps are concurrent, not a monthly allotment. Free tracks 5 active jobs at a time, Pro Weekly 100, and Pro Monthly or Quarterly 500. Closing out an application (rejected, withdrawn, or accepted) frees its slot immediately, so you can keep adding new jobs as your pipeline turns over.
One-time purchase, $12.99 for 15 voice mocks. Adds 15 live voice mock interview sessions on top of whatever your plan includes. Sessions never expire and stack across purchases: buy two packs, get 30 extra sessions. Use it when you're prepping for several interviews in the same week and your monthly allotment runs out.
Pro Weekly, Pro Monthly, and Pro Quarterly: no refunds for partial periods, but you can cancel anytime and keep access until the current period ends. AI Voice Pack add-ons are non-refundable once purchased because credits never expire. If something went wrong on our end, email support. We will make it right.
