At Tessellate Labs I managed a payments product from discovery to launch with six engineers and one designer, writing the PRDs and grooming the Jira backlog myself. The decisions I am proudest of there were the subtractions: after a run of weekly customer interviews against Figma prototypes, I cut two planned features before they reached engineering. A Senior Product Manager pushing a self-serve product forward has to make that call constantly, deciding what has not earned a place on the roadmap. That judgment about what to leave out is what I want to bring to Tideglass.

At Harborline I own the activation and onboarding surface for a 200,000-user SaaS product. After 25 user interviews and funnel analysis in Amplitude, I redesigned the first-run experience and raised new-user activation from 41 to 58 percent over two quarters. From a RICE-prioritized backlog of more than 30 experiments, I shipped an A/B-tested checkout variant that lifted trial-to-paid conversion by 14 percent, and I cut monthly churn from 4.2 to 2.8 percent by instrumenting retention cohorts in Mixpanel and reprioritizing toward the two features power users asked for most. Each of those started with a discovery call I had to make, not a feature handed down to build.
